Jado Hark is Convinced That Success Depends on Good Customer Service: Learn More About His Real Estate Projects

These professionals are necessary at the moment of having to sell, buy or rent a property because they are qualified to help people to get the best value for the property they are looking for.

Jado Hark, also known as @iknowjado, works in the real estate industry. He has specialized in residential and commercial real estate where he has demonstrated throughout his professional career that he can satisfy his clients in both the sale and purchase of a property.

Jado first got started at the age of 23 in the nightlife industry where he owned and operated restaurants, nightlife clubs, and lounges. But when he began to raise a family, he realized that he could not strike the right balance between a family lifestyle and nightlife, so he decided to pursue a career in the real estate industry.

The idea of not having a boss that could limit his true potential and being able to rule himself is what motivated Jado to join the real estate industry. There, he was able to use his networks to excel specifically in luxury real estate, representing well-known athletes and other high-profile clients. 

After years of work in real estate and other ventures, Jado is convinced that success in all businesses is only achievable when they provide good customer service in an honest way.

People don’t quit jobs, people quit bosses. My biggest motivation was to never have a boss that would limit my potential to produce what I am capable of producing in any industry and my network of high-profile athletes.” Jado states.

In his career, Jado has encountered different challenges he has had to overcome. One of the biggest challenges was dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. He had to work in order to change the mindset of his clients to adapt to the uncertainty factor that has prevented buyers from taking the risk of making a large investment.

To overcome this, I have been able to educate my clients and provide them with proof of why owning a home is much more beneficial than renting, considering that interest rates were at their lowest point.” Jado explains.

Throughout Jado’s professional career, he has achieved countless accomplishments such as being named rookie of the year in his first year. He also managed to be the ambassador of the year during his second year of professional career.

But my biggest accomplishment is every transaction I had that was able to put families in homes that have equity and fulfillment of the American dream.” Jado adds.

The biggest goal for Jado during 2021 is to further build his portfolio of investments and help his investor clientele find properties that can generate a good return on investment. 

“My overall objective is to put as many families in homes as possible, while making sure they are making the right move and not overpaying for a property considering how crazy the market is.” Jado shares.
