When I reflect on my past, I see how God used each situation for His glory and my good. I experienced a lot of emotional pain while recording most of my songs. Despite that, I’m still the same girl who wanted to touch lives through music and support my listeners.,” says Honey.

Creating “Good Enough” was a profound experience for Honey. She attributes the manifestation of her music to divine intervention, believing that God played a crucial role in guiding her through the process. Despite being in a noisy and crowded environment, she produced songs that conveyed deep emotions and raw honesty.

“I was in a situation where there were loads of people around, I’m someone who has to be completely alone when I’m creating. God mysteriously made it possible for this project to be heard today,” Honey comments.

Honey’s aim with “Good Enough” is to convey vulnerability and honesty to her listeners. She opens her heart through her music, hoping to connect with people on a deeper level and to let them know that they are not alone in their struggles. Her songs reflect her experiences and emotions, making her music relatable and impactful.

“You are Good Enough, and doing things differently is completely amazing,” emphasizes Honey.

One song that holds special significance for Honey is “My Addiction.” This love song was the first she fully recorded after a difficult period, symbolizing a blossoming amidst adversity. Despite emotional pain, Honey managed to express love and vulnerability through this song, making it a poignant piece on the EP.

This song is like a rose popping out of a crack surrounded by dirt… Despite what’s happened to my heart, (because I’m in emotional pain!,) I was able to sing a love song with emotions that I was feeling when I recorded it,” shares Honey.

In “Good Enough,” Honey explores new musical elements, including rapping. This addition brings a fresh dynamic to her music, uniquely blending rapping and singing harmonies. This experimentation reflects Honey’s versatility and willingness to push boundaries in her artistry.

I felt it was different and would be fun to explore,” comments Honey.

I want to be a living testimony for someone out there,” emphasizes Honey.
